The TATU AST-MATIC 450 is a Brazilian quality built trailed Deep Ripper, perfect for breaking up hard pans down to 450mm deep.

It has a special feature of an Auto-Reset Function that allows the shanks to breakout should it hit something solid like a stump or large rock without the need for shear pins (which are time consuming and fiddly to replace in the field). The operator simply stops the ripper, lifts it up all the way on the transport wheels and the shanks drop down to reset, ready for work again. Simple as that!

Another special feature is its shank design. It as an aggressive curvature angle that results in the machine naturally wanting to pull down into the soil rather than needing a huge amount of weight to force it into the ground

* Depth indication marks on each shank so you can see how deep you are penetrating
